Provided you qualify for the scheme, we will contact you to arrange an initial survey;

·     On average, each survey usually takes around 2 hours to complete.

·     A comprehensive floor plan, complete with measurements, will be drawn up.

·     Photographs will need to be taken as evidence of your current energy efficiency.

(These include all internal rooms and external photos of your home).

·     Your homes current insulation will be checked (potentially with a borescope camera).

·     The team will discuss and propose to you a ventilation strategy for your home (if needed).

·     The main applicant will need to be present during the survey.

We may ask that you send us photos prior to booking a survey, as this can help us to better determine your eligibility and to prevent wasting your time.
