If your current boiler is atleast 20 years old, or, you don’t have any central heating at home, you could be eligible for a free upgrade.
Boiler Upgrades
In order to apply for a boiler upgrade, your current boiler must be atleast 20 years old, a non-condensing regular boiler; This means you will have a hot water tank (usually in an airing cupboard) to heat your hot water.
First Time Central Heating
In order to apply for first time central heating, you must have a working gas connection to your home installed prior to April 2022. You must not have had a central heating system in your home in the past.
Eligibility
In order to apply for any heating upgrade, you must qualify via one of three routes; Benefit Recipient, Income below £31,000.00, or NHS Health Referrals. More details can be found on the ECO4 Funding page.

An independent coordinator will then review your assessment and confirm the install design plan before work can commence.

The team then carries out the work on your home. It can take as little as 2 days to complete the boiler (depending on your insulation needs).

Boiler Upgrades can be completed in as little as a day. If you are having a First Time Central Heating system installed, this could take between 1 - 3 days depending on the complexity of pipework needing to be installed.

We will install a brand new A rated Boiler (usually an Ideal Logic Combi C30) along with radiators (if needed), Time & Temperature Zone Controls TRV’s (usually Radbot) and a Smart Thermostat that can be operated via an app on your phone or tablet.
Also included in the installation process is Cavity Wall Insulation and Loft Insulation for any homes that need it, as well as updated Ventilation in wet rooms (bathrooms & kitchens) such as extractor fans and trickle vents.

Yes, all Boiler installs come with a 2 year warranty as standard from the manufacturer (Please note that the boiler must be serviced annually for this to remain valid). If your home requires cavity wall insulation, this comes with a 25 year CIGA guarantee also.
